Our rustic barn sits in the middle of 200 acres of Christmas Tree Farm and wooded area. Our Bar/Kitchen, Food Court, Bridal Suite, Open Patio and Restrooms make up our ‘little village type area’.

Receptions or parties can seat up to 150 quests. Wedding ceremonies in our barn we can seat 175 guests.

We have a covered open patio area that can seat up to an additional 60 guests. Or we have space to place a tent that you could rent from an outside source.

Nestled in a wooded area just yards from our barn we can offer you our ceremony site. This site has a stage, arbor, and doors plus permanent seating for up to 250 guests. Chairs can be used for additional seating if needed.

No, we have 20 Rectangle tables, 20 round tables, and chairs for seating up to 320 guests which is no additional cost to you.

Our staff will setup and tear down all tables and chairs that are property of the Barn. Decorating set-up and tear down is your responsibility. You have access to decorate site from as early as Thursday afternoon before your wedding and continue decorating Friday after 10am then tear-down can be done after the reception/event or on Sunday(your choice).

Yes, our friendly staff will sit down with you to do a ‘set-up’ planning session to help you achieve the wedding (or event) of your dreams. At this session you will discuss ceremony sites, table settings and much more to give you peace of mind.

Our staff can offer your elderly or disabled guests a ride in our ‘Golf Limo’. Our golf cart can transport up to 5 guests at a time and makes routine rounds throughout the event at no additional cost to you.

We offer areas for both the Bride and the Groom.

Brides: Our Bridal Suite has an onsite restroom, and mini-frig, and plenty of seating to just hang out as you prepare for your day. The suite also has an air-conditioner or heater depending on the weather elements. There is also a room to store flowers or desserts for incumbent weather.

Grooms: For our Grooms we offer our ‘Grooms’ Cave’, that has a mini- frig, air-conditioner and heat. The building is placed on the property where there is plenty of space for the guys to hang out, play corn hole, and listen to music yet they are out of sight of the Bridal suite and just yards away from the ceremonial site.
